When you connect a Third-Party Account to the Service, you grant Repixart permission to access your login credentials for that Third-Party Account ("Third-Party Account Credentials") and authorize us to retrieve information from the applicable Third-Party Account, as necessary, to provide the Service in accordance with these Terms.
By providing your Third-Party Account Credentials, you are consenting to Repixart accessing and using the associated Third-Party Account data to facilitate your use of the Service. It is your responsibility to ensure that sharing your Third-Party Account Credentials complies with the terms and conditions of the third-party provider.

Additionally, if you choose to disconnect your Third-Party Account from the Service, you may lose access to certain features or services associated with that account.
VII. Licensing and Ownership
Repixart values intellectual property rights and aims to clarify ownership, licensing, and usage rights regarding all assets involved in using the Service. This section explains the rights associated with (i) images uploaded by users, (ii) images generated by the Service, (iii) prompts submitted by users, and (iv) models created or trained by users.
VII.1 User-Uploaded Images
By uploading images to the Repixart Service, you grant Repixart a perpetual, worldwide, non-exclusive, no-charge, royalty-free, irrevocable copyright license to use, copy, reproduce, process, adapt, modify, publish, transmit, prepare Derivative Works of, publicly display, publicly perform, and/or distribute these images strictly for the purposes of providing, maintaining, and improving the Service.
Repixart will not use or distribute your uploaded images beyond what is necessary to deliver the Service, and you retain full ownership of these images.
VII.2 User-Generated Images
Images generated by you through the Service using your prompts or trained models are owned by you, the user.
By using the Service, you grant Repixart, along with its successors and assigns, a perpetual, worldwide, non-exclusive, sublicensable, royalty-free, and irrevocable copyright license to use, copy, reproduce, process, adapt, modify, publish, transmit, create derivative works of, publicly display, publicly perform, sublicense, and distribute text prompts, images, and any Assets you generate using the Service.
This license allows Repixart to make these Assets available generally and to use them as needed to provide, maintain, promote, and improve the Service, comply with applicable law, and enforce our policies.
No compensation is owed to you for Repixart's use of these Assets, as your use of the Service is deemed sufficient consideration for the rights granted.
Additionally, you grant each user of the Service a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to access and use any of your publicly available Assets as enabled by the Service's features (e.g., reproducing, distributing, modifying, displaying, and performing the content). This license remains in effect for as long as the Generated Assets remain public on the Service. You may revoke this license at any time by making your Generated Assets private, but this will not affect any rights already granted for Generated Assets that were downloaded or used while public.
VII.3 User Prompts
By submitting text prompts, descriptions, or instructions to the Service, you grant Repixart a perpetual, worldwide, non-exclusive, sublicensable, no-charge, royalty-free, irrevocable license to store, use, reproduce, modify, create derivative works from, and distribute these prompts, without credit or attribution, for purposes including, but not limited to, service improvement, algorithm training, and content generation optimization.
VII.4 User-Created or Trained Models
When you create or train models on the Repixart platform using your images or data, Repixart retains full ownership and control of all derivative models, including the underlying weights and trained components necessary to operate the Service. These derivatives are essential to ensure consistent functionality, quality, and availability of the Service.
Access and Download Rights:
Based on your subscription level, you may have the option to download the weights of your trained models. This download is provided solely for personal, non-commercial use. The generated images created with them on your personal devices must not be used commercially without Repixart's prior written, explicit agreement.
VII.5 Feedback
Repixart values feedback from our users. If you provide input and suggestions regarding existing functionalities, problems with, or proposed modifications or improvements to the Service ("Feedback"), you grant Repixart an unrestricted, perpetual, irrevocable, non-exclusive, fully-paid, royalty-free right and license to use the Feedback in any manner and for any purpose, including improving the Service and creating other products and services. Repixart is not obligated to provide attribution for any Feedback provided.
VII.6 Access and Use of Service
Subject to your compliance with those Terms and applicable law:

Repixart reserves all rights not expressly granted under these Terms of Service.
- Account Responsibility: Each individual must have a unique account, and you are responsible for all activity conducted on your account. Any breach of these Terms may result in immediate termination of your right to use the Service.
The licenses described in this VII- Licensing and Ownership will survive termination of those Terms by any party, for any reason.
VIII. Storage and Retention
Important Notice:
The retention periods outlined below are only applicable to users with valid, active paid subscriptions. Images Uploaded for Other Purposes | Retained only as needed for service continuity | Images uploaded for purposes other than training (e.g., modification, enhancement) are retained only as necessary to fulfill the Service, and deleted as soon as operationally possible. |

Models Created Through Our Services | 3 months retention from last use | Models will be stored for at least 3 months following the last image generated with them. After this period, they might be permanently deleted unless otherwise specified in your subscription. |
Repixart reserves the right to modify these storage limits based on the needs of the Service, and to enforce additional storage terms as required to maintain optimal Service performance.
For information about the retention of other personal information, please refer to our Privacy Policy.

Use of such Third-Party Components remains subject to the applicable third-party licenses, and these Terms do not limit any rights or obligations under those third-party licenses.

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Repixart, its affiliates, and their respective shareholders, directors, officers, employees, consultants, and agents (collectively, the "Repixart Entities") from any third-party claims, liabilities, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees and costs) arising from or connected with:

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unlawful, void, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, such provision will be deemed severed from these Terms and will not affect the validity and enforceability of the remaining provisions. In such an event, the remainder of these Terms will continue in full force and effect, as if the invalid, void, or unenforceable provision had never been part of these Terms.
The parties agree to replace any unenforceable provision with a valid, enforceable provision that reflects the original intent of the parties as closely as possible, in order to carry out the purpose and effect of these Terms.
XVIII. No Waiver
No failure or delay by Repixart in exercising any right, power, or privilege under these Terms shall operate as a waiver thereof, nor shall any single or partial exercise of any right, power, or privilege preclude any other or further exercise of that or any other right, power, or privilege.
Any waiver of any provision of these Terms must be in writing and signed by an authorized representative of Repixart. The waiver of any provision or breach of any provision of these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of any other provision or breach, nor shall any waiver of a provision be deemed to be a continuing waiver.
Repixart's rights and remedies under these Terms are cumulative and not exclusive of any other rights or remedies available under applicable law.
