Did you try generating an image or video on Repixart, only to see the process fail? That can be frustrating, but several reasons can explain this issue. Here are the two main causes and how to handle each situation.

Technical Issues on the Server Side (Rare)

In rare cases, the failure may be due to a technical issue on our servers. This can include:

• A temporary system overload
• An issue during pre-processing or post-processing of the image/video
• An error while saving the generated file
• A sudden interruption in the generation process

📢 Good news: If your generation fails due to a technical issue, your credits are automatically refunded. If this does not happen, please contact our support team as soon as possible. We will check the situation and refund your credits.

Non-Compliant Content (Most Likely)

More frequently, failure occurs due to non-compliant content. Here are the types of prohibited content:

🚫 Images or videos containing children: For legal and ethical reasons, any content featuring minors is strictly forbidden. This strongly violates our terms of service.

🚫 NSFW content (violence, pornography, explicit material, etc.): Some AI models restrict the generation of such content.

🔹 Image models are generally more permissive (except for "Flux Pro 1.1," which we do not control).
🔹 Video models are much stricter, which may explain some generation failures.

If the content violates our policies, your generation will be automatically canceled. Your credits may not be refunded; while we do not provide access to the generated content (which won't be stored), the generation process still incurs costs on our end.

We currently refund credits at our discretion for failures in video generation, which can be more restrictive than image models. There may be false positives, especially with text-to-video. For image-to-video, if your initial image complies with the guidelines, the generated content is unlikely to be prohibited—except in the case of NSFW prompts. A deduction of 5 credits for 5-second videos and 10 credits for 10-second videos is still applied. Additionally, any abuse of this type of content will be sanctioned.

What to Do If Generation Fails?

If your generation attempt failed:

1. Make sure your content complies with our TOS: Avoid restricted topics and test with a different prompt/image. Stay away from NSFW content.
2. Try again after a few minutes: Some failures may be temporary.
